    The location was best possible and perfect, close to supermarket, other different service, perfect location, So close to the shopping mall with supermarket and the airport and Granada Mall, greatly enjoyed this place. The stuff was exceptionally welcoming, lively, provided a contemporary atmosphere. The room was brand-new and well-designed with a laptop-compatible safe, a minibar and central heating😃👌

    Fairly clean place with street views and so hospitable staff. 30 km from King Khalid airport. Brand-new rooms, perfectly pleasant stay for quick business trip!

    The hotel is fairly clean, with really helpful personal, and offers strategic location not far from BIG SHOPPING MALL, Riyadh, KSA and many areas around riyadh. The restaurant serves excellent Asian food.

    Oh man, the food scene here is off the charts! I savored traditional Italian dishes that were nothing short of epic-every bite seemed like a culinary adventure. Plus, the warm and cute hospitality from the staff was a cherry on top. The spacious room was another highlight, decked out with all the comforts you could dream of.

    Everything from check-in to check-out was flawless. Mr talal really stood out with his hospitality. The king room was clean and fresh. The amazing bed comfort and relaxing shower were highlights. Plus, the breakfast was rich and staff were super friendly!

    The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh baked goods and a variety of juices. My previous experience in riad offered less comfort, but this stay was great with its cleanliness and hospitality.

    Locating the entrance proved difficult due to poor signage!!! Almost no hot water in the rooms, dirty toilets, and unemptied garbage created a less than inviting atmosphere!!! Improvements in room cleaning are essential!!!

    The spacious areas and lovely pool, and the staff were attentive to our needs. We felt right at home!

    My wife says that the limited water bottle supply is frustrating. We needed more for our family, especially after a long day out. It would be great if they could offer families extra bottles upon request.
